All devices go through secure data erasure, full performance testing, and thorough preparation before being returned to the market. Depending on grade, they are either:

  • Remanufactured (Premium+) – fully restored to a like-new state, including complete repainting and exterior renewal
  • Renewed (Premium / Pro) – professionally refreshed/skinned, repaired where needed, and prepared to meet defined quality standards

The result is a device ready for professional use – with consistent performance, reliability, and appearance aligned to its grade.

What makes Teqcycle different from typical refurbished devices?

What is the difference between Premium+, Premium and Pro?

All Teqcycle devices deliver the same performance and reliability. The difference comes down to appearance and level of preparation.

Premium+ (Remanufactured)

Like-new in both look and feel. Fully restored, including repainting and full exterior renewal.

  • Up to 3-year warranty (1 year on battery)
  • Minimum 80% battery capacity
  • As-new appearance and screen
Premium (Renewed)

Near-new appearance with professionally refreshed surfaces and components.

  • 2-year warranty (90 days on battery)
  • Minimum 70% battery capacity
  • Clean, high-quality appearance
Pro (Renewed)

Very good condition with only light signs of use on non-critical areas. A strong value option without compromising performance.

  • 2-year warranty

  • Clean screen, with minor cosmetic signs on exterior

How much has a Teqcycle device been used?

Most Teqcycle devices originate from professional environments, where hardware is typically replaced after 2–4 years.

These are high-quality business devices, built for durability and long-term use. Only proven, high-performing models are selected for the Teqcycle assortment, ensuring they are suitable for extended lifecycles and continued professional use.

What does the warranty cover?

Teqcycle warranties are designed to match professional expectations.

They cover functional faults and defects in the device, similar to what you would expect when buying new.

  • 2–3 year product warranty depending on grade
  • Battery coverage:
    • Premium+: 1 year
    • Premium: 90 days

Coverage valid across all European countries.

In addition, standard consumer rights apply through the retailer where the device was purchased.

How long is the right of complaint?

The right of complaint follows the same rules as for new products and is handled by the retailer.

As with new devices, battery-related claims are subject to a shorter coverage period due to natural wear over time.

Is onsite warranty available?

Yes – onsite warranty options are available for Teqcycle devices in selected markets, including the Nordics.

Onsite service means that, in case of a covered issue, a technician can be dispatched to your location to resolve the problem – minimizing downtime and simplifying support for your users.

This is offered as an optional upgrade on top of the standard carry-in warranty, depending on device, location, and agreement.
